Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev

INTERNATIONAL INTELLECTUAL COMPETITION “WHAT? WHERE? WHEN? “IN THE LIGHT OF THE MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN N.A. NAZARBAYEV “NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION”

On April 5, 2018, the faculty of the department of general legal disciplines,  conducted an international intellectual contest “What? Where? When? “Within the framework of the scientific and practical school of a lawyer on the program of an international scientific and theoretical conference on” Current issues of modern science “held in the light of the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan on January 10, 2018.” New development opportunities in conditions of the fourth industrial revolution “.

The competition was attended by 7 teams, consisting of students and cadets from universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, namely the team of the Orenburg State University of the Russian Federation – OSU, the team of the Aktobe Regional State University named after K.Zhubanov – “The lawyers of the XXI century”, the Military Institute team “T. Begeldinov” – “Aviators”, the team of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Esbolatov – “Zanger”, the team of the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B.Basenov – “Young Investigator”, the team of Kostanay akademy  of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbaev – “Arystan”, the team of Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after M. Bukenbaev – “Birlik”.

The contest was evaluated by an international jury composed of Sultangaliyeva Almagul Ekibaevna – judge of the city court of Aktobe, Rzabek Sanabay Rzabekuly – member of the council of veterans of the Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Dovmatenko Dmitry Adamovich – deputy of the Aktobe region maslikhat, Idrisova Tursyn Kenzhebaevna – mediator of the West- Kazakhstan Center for Mediation and Negotiation Process, Khomutov Maxim Vladimirovich – teacher of the Criminal Law and Criminology Chair of Krasnodar Legal Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

The competition consisted of 5 rounds:

1st round – greeting commands.

2 round – blitz-question, video questions within the framework of international law, constitutional law, human rights.

3 round – contest of captains for knowledge of the flags of states.

4 tour – homework in the framework of the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

5 round – music contest on the theme “My Motherland”.

The purpose of the intellectual competition is to develop theoretical thinking among cadets (students), formulate concepts, perform basic thought operations, and promote civil and patriotic upbringing.

All the participants in the intellectual competition showed good knowledge and theoretical training.

According to the results of the competition, the team of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Birlik” took the first place, the team of the Military Institute of the Tyumen Begeldinov Military Academy “Aviators” took second place, and the team of the Aktobe Regional State University named after K.Zhubanov “Lawyers of the XXI century”. The captain of the Orenburg State University of the Russian Federation “OGU”, Anton Galkin, who was awarded a memorable watch, was recognized as the best in the captains’ competition. In other nominations Homework and Music Competition the team of the Military Institute of the Sverdlov Artillery named after T.Begeldinov “Aviators” was recognized as the best.

On the second round, blitz questions were asked – from the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev – deputy head of the institute for academic work, police colonel, Dauletiyarov Dastan Amangeldievich, deputy head of the institute for scientific work, lieutenant colonel of the police Suleimanova Galiya Zhanabekovna, assistant to the head of the institute, Colonel of Police Manapbaev Kairat Mukushevich, Assistant to the Head of the Institute, Lieutenant Colonel Seyfullin Sayan Mukhitovich, Chief of the FT, Colonel of Police Gizatov S Rick Bahitovich, Head of the Department of Constitutional Law of the Ural Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Candidate of Law, Police Lieutenant Colonel Bogatova Elena V..

 Following the results of the intellectual contest, the winners were awarded with diplomas and symbols of the game “What Where? When?”, Deputy head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev for scientific work, candidate of legal sciences, lieutenant colonel of the police Suleymanova G.Zh. “Statuettes in the form of an owl. The remaining participants were awarded memorable prizes – books.
