Language modernization

Pursuant to the fourth priority of the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev dated 31.01.2017 “The Third Modernization of Kazakhstan: Global Competitiveness”, since May 10, 2017 in the Aktobe  Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, classes in English composition.

The main goal is to develop oral and written skills. The work uses the Cambridge method of teaching with the use of techniques and strategies that make the classes interesting and accessible. Officers are trained in two groups: beginner and continuing.

The first group began their training with the alphabet and articulation of sounds, as well as acquaintance and consolidation of speech grammatical skills. Knowledge control is carried out in the form of phonetic dictations and tests.

Officers who have certain knowledge of English, visit the second group – continuing. In these classes, great attention is paid to speaking, which consists in compiling small stories on a variety of topics.

Classes are held twice a week. Training is conducted by 30 officers.
