Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev

On holding an International roundtable «Human trafficking (detecting detachment, prosecution,assistance to victims) and human rights».

     June 9, 2018 in the Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, within the framework of the international scientific and practical conference “Actual problems of law: achievement and prospects” dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Astana city, an international roundtable “Trafficking in Human Beings (detecting detachment, prosecution, assistance to victims) and human rights “.

In the organization and holding of the international roundtable, teaching staff of criminal intelligence faculty and general legal disciplines, research organization of editing and publishing operations department, as well as the teaching staff of the Institute and the listeners of the  Qualification Upgrading Courses took a fruitful part.

The following persons were invited to the international round table:

– Kucherbaeva Shinar Kalibekovna – lead investigator of major cases of Organized Crime Division of of the Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Police Major;

Mironova Svetlana Evgenievna – the head of the department on acceptance  organization and complaint investigation and resorts of citizens of Administration  Human Rights Defender  in  Orenburg region;

– Maksimenko Elena Ivanovna – deputy dean of the law faculty of Orenburg State University, Сandidate of pedagogical sciences;

– Davydova Ekaterina Aleksandrovna – adjunct of graduate military course in Uralsk Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia,Police   Lieutenant Colonel (Ekaterinburg);

– Elena Evgenievna Zyryanova – adjunct of the Uralsk Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia,Police  Lieutenant Colonel (Ekaterinburg);

– Kenbaev Zhangali Aitkalievich – Head of the Training Center for Training Specialists in Combating Illegal Migration and Human Trafficking of  Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Beisenov, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Police Lieutenant Colonel (online speech);

– Karabala Dinara Kalkamanovna – Chairman of the Crisis Center for Women of  Public Association “Malika”;

– Ayimbaev Zhanbolat Rakhmetolievich – lawyer of the Crisis Center for Women of public association”Malika”;

– Idigeeva Gulnur Ergazievna – lawyer of the information and consulting center “Deris”;

– Razakov Nurmukhammet Shamshievich – Head of the Center for Religious Topics and Public Relations;

– Abuov Amandyk Abuovich – Senior Lecturer of the Department of Jurisprudence of the Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov, Master of Law;

– Dilmanov Sisenbai Sarsembaevich – lawyer of the Aktobe Regional Bar Association.

Opening speech for the opening of the international round table was given to Deputy Chief of the Scientific Work Institute, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Lieutenant Colonel Suleimanova Galiya Zhanabekovna.

Welcoming speech in the framework of the international round table was provided by Kucherbaeva Shinar Kalibekovna – senior detective for major cases especially of the Office for Combating Organized Crime Division of Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Police Major.

Participants of the international roundtable took an active part in delivering speeches, discussing issues related to Human Trafficking and Human Rights.

Following the discussion of the issues, recommendations were developed that could allow more effective resolution of problems in the field of Human Trafficking, as well as the protection of Human Rights.

This international roundtable provided an opportunity for representatives of state and law enforcement bodies, NPO, invited guests from the Orenburg region, Ekaterinburg, Russia to discuss the rich problems associated with violations of the rights of victims of human trafficking, labor exploitation, and legal advice from the Centers.

At the end of the international round table, the invited guests and participants of the round table were awarded with certificates and organized a memorable photographing by Deputy Head of Institute  for academic affairs, candidate of legal sciences,Police  Lieutenant Colonel Suleimanova Galiya Zhanabekovna.
