Intellectual competitions for the “Best administrative material under articles 434-450 Code of administrative offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan and “Presentation of the computer video for the prevention administrative offence»

From 7 February 2018, the Week of the Department of Administrative Law and Administrative Activity of the Internal Affairs Agencies (hereinafter – ALandAA) was held at the Aktobe Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Malkejar Bukenbaev.

Within the framework of the planned events, an information banner was prepared, which was placed in the foyer of the Institute.

The goal of the events is the influence of the subject week on the development of students’ interest in the disciplines being studied, raising the educational level, training independent students and developing creative abilities, as well as raising the professional level of teachers.

The objectives of the week:

  1. Formation of professional competence.
  2. Exchange of experience of work with universities of the near abroad countries.
  3. Practical application of methods and forms of crime prevention.
  4. Formation of the research competence of cadets of the Institute.
  5. Increase cognitive activity of cadets and listeners.

The plan for the week included activities that would unite the cadets of the institute, interest them in their future specialty, reach a new level of mutual cooperation with foreign universities.

The quizzes, competitions and round table held over the course of the week have shown the readiness of the faculty to conduct systematically similar events that allow developing core competencies through independent and cognitive activities of cadets, which creates the necessary conditions for professional development of teachers of the department for studying, summarizing and implementing advanced pedagogical work experience.

So, on February 5, 2018, within the framework of combat and service training in the assembly hall, the opening of the week of the department of the ALandAA Department of Internal Affairs was held.

On February 6 at 3:00 pm an international roundtable was held on-line with the Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the theme: “The formation of the principle of” zero tolerance “for violations in the society” within the framework of “Bolashaka bagdar: ruhan jahyru”.

The round table was held with the connection and broadcast of the Aktobe Juridical  Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Malkejar Bukenbayev and the Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with a view to discussing a wide range of issues related to the formation in the society of the principle of “zero tolerance” for offenses, the solution of which would allow the development of a consolidated position of all stakeholders in the prevention and prevention of offenses.

During the discussion, the round table participants developed a set of Kazakh-Russian proposals and recommendations on further cooperation between educational organizations in developing appropriate measures in this area of ​​activity.

On February 7, two intellectual competitions were held. In the first intellectual competition the cadets of the 1st “B” course for the best compiled administrative material competed under articles 434-450 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan competed with each other to assist the students in mastering the complex of skills and skills in registering protocols on administrative offenses.

In the second contest cadets presented their computer videos on the prevention of administrative violations. The purpose of the presentation is to show the main reasons for the commission of offenses, to describe the effective methods of their prevention and prevention.

February 8 in the international quiz on the topic “Experts in administrative law” in the on-line mode, cadets of the 1st year of the Aktobe Juridical  Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Malkejar Bukenbaev and cadets of the 2nd and 3rd courses of the Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia were involved.

This event was preceded by a complex and thorough preparation, as the international quiz in the on-line mode was held for the first time within the walls of the institute.

Such experience in conducting international quizzes in on-line mode should be used more widely in pedagogical activity, since this method causes students’ interest in the subject, stimulates their cognitive activity and broadens their horizons.

On February 9, teams of first-year students “Arystan” and “Barys” competed in the discipline “Administrative Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan” in the quiz “Law expert”. The quiz consisted of 2 rounds. In the first round, the teams were asked questions, to which they had to answer, and in the second round test questions were distributed, where it was necessary to indicate the correct answers. The quiz has been conducted with the purpose of developing special professional abilities of future specialists, forming skills in the field of jurisprudence, determining the level of mastering theoretical material on the discipline “Administrative Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.

Summing up and awarding active participants of the week of the Department of Administrative Law and Administrative Activity of Internal Affairs Agencies took place on February 10.

In general, the students of the Institute demonstrated a high level of knowledge and skills in the subjects studied.
