On April 17, 2018, according to the plan to attract practitioners to conduct training sessions, a lecture was held on the discipline “Civil Procedural Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan” in the 103th training group of the 1st course of the FPO on “Acts of the court of first instance” with the participation of the court judge of Aktobe, Oralbai Gaukhar Sundetbaevna.
In this lecture, Oralbai G.S/ shared practical experience with the cadets and acquainted them with the types of court decisions of the courts of first instance, as well as the structure and content of court decisions.
According to the curriculum the following issues were considered:
- The essence of the meaning and types of judicial decisions.
- Structure and content of court decisions.
- Determination of the court of first instance and its types.
In the course of the lesson, Oralbai G.S. drew attention to the need for knowledge of the main provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as examples from the practice of court hearings and what decisions were made. I familiarized myself with the duties and rights of the judges in the consideration of cases.
Throughout the session, the articles of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Code of Civil Procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan were actively considered, compared with types of judicial decisions, such as ordinary, correspondence, intermediate and additional. There was a connection with other legal disciplines, such as: “Civil Law of the RK”, “Administrative Law of the RK”, “Criminal Law of the RK”. In the course of reviewing the material, the students asked the invited judge questions of interest.
In general, the occupation, conducted with the participation of the judge of the court of Aktobe, Oralbai G.S, reached its goal.
