February 26, 2019 within the framework of the year of youth announced by the head of State in students hall of Aktobe regional university named after K.Zhubanov held a festival Zhaidarman «Mausymashar – 2019», where took part 17 teams of Aktobe region, 1 team of Atyrau region and 1 of West-Kazakhstan region. Team «Korgan» of Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev received the direction to the Top League «Zhaidarman» of Aktobe region, which is in 2018, became the champion of the Premier League.
