On carrying out the international research-to-practice conference «Сriminalists of the DIA on service of justice»

February26, 2019 on the basis of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev was Held an international research-to-practice conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the operational and forensic service of the DIA and the 150th anniversary of Aktobe city «Criminalists of the DIA on service of justice».

This event was held in conjunction with the operational and forensic Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov.

The organizers of the research-to-practice appeared the department of the organization of scientific research and editing and publishing operations and the Department of criminal process and criminalistics. The participants of this event were representatives of the Volgograd Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Ural law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Barnaul law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Orenburg state University, representatives from the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov, the Military Institute of air defense Forces named after twice Hero of the Soviet Union T. Ya.Begeldinov, the offices of public prosecutor of Aktobe region, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service and anti-corruption in Aktobe region, operational and forensic Department of the Aktobe police board of management, Aktobe interregional center of forensic examinations of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Ufa law Institute of the Russian Interior Ministry, Voronezh Institute of the Interior Ministry of Russia, Nizhny Novgorod Academy of the Interior Ministry of Russia, took part in the online mode.

The event was opened by the moderator — chief Deputy of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev for academic affairs, Candidate of Juridical Sciences, police Colonel Suleimanova Galiya Zhanabekovna.

The opening speech was given to the head of Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov, the Candidate of Juridical Sciences, police Colonel Darmenov Aкynkali Dautbaevich and Director of the Aktobe law Institute of the MIA of RK named after M. Bukenbaev, candidate of Juridical Sciences, associate Professor (assistant professor), police Colonel Saitbekov Aidar Mutalikovich.

The conference was held for the purpose of international exchange of experience, discussion of problems within the framework of criminalistics and legal examination activities of practical facilities.

Within the framework of international research-to-practice conference guests and participants opened the renewed Department of criminal procedure and criminalistics, new criminalistics ground and criminalistics laboratory.

According to the results of the conference was published collection of writings, which included research articles of leading scientists and men of science, employees of practical law enforcement system, specialists and experts, teachers, legal scholarship

of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and German Federal Republic. Also, formulated recommendations were worked up, which were approved at the final stage when summing up the results unanimously and it was decided to hold such joint events with a constant frequency both on the basis of the Aktobe law Institute and on the basis of foreign universities. Namely, there was a proposal from the Volgograd Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in October 2019 to visit this University for further joint work on various categories of expert activities, and in October 2019 Ural law Institute invited the staff of Aktobe Institute to participate in the conference on the joint theme of research study on migration, and from the Orenburg state University received a proposal for the publication of the next integrated monograph.

At the end of the event the participants were awarded with certificates and memorable gifts, also was presented a concert to guests at which performed soloists of regional philharmonic hall, the staff of institute and chorus of cadets.
