Open lesson on the ethics of BIA employees

July 5, 2017 in accordance with the work plan of the Department of General Education disciplines, the instructor of this department, captain of police A.Z. Kiyubek, held an open class on the course of initial training on the discipline “Cultural, moral and spiritual development of BIA officers” on “Ethical issues of professional communication in BIA activities “. The lesson was conducted according to the class-group methodology. That is, the platoon was divided into three groups in order to encompass all students. By groups, they analyzed situational tasks with examples related to work in the law enforcement system, as well as illustrative examples in the form of pictures where employees of different countries, including Kazakhstan, violated the form of clothing or behaved not ethically in public places during the service. Listeners, leading it from the side, once again realized that violating the ethical code of a civil servant, they can tarnish the honor and uniform of BIA officers. The teacher had feedback from the students, they were discussing each issue, asking questions about the official ethics and making a conclusion in the place with the teacher. It should be noted that service ethics is not a minor point for BIA officers. This occupation has reached its goal, as noted by the present teachers and deputy head of the Institute for Academic Affairs, Colonel of Police D. Dauletiarov.
