IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE DISCIPLINE “CRIMINAL AND PROCEDURE LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN” THE LECTURED LECTURE SESSION ON THE THEME IS BEEN CONDUCTED: “TASKS AND PRINCIPLES OF THE CRIMINAL PROCESS”

On February 19, 2018, according to the plan trainer of the Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics Department, police major L.M. Turebekova conducted an open lecture session at the faculty of full-time study among cadets of 101-102 study groups.

The lecture was held within the framework of the discipline “Criminal Procedural Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan” on the topic: “Tasks and principles of the criminal process”.

During the consideration of the lecture material, two issues were highlighted:

  1. The objectives of the criminal process.
  2. Principles of criminal procedure and their significance.

At the lecture session attended the faculty of the Institute, faculty of full-time teachers and the teaching and methodological center, who closely followed the progress of the lecture and the methodology of the presentation of the topic.

During the open session, issues related to the modernization of the procedural foundations of law enforcement activities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, aimed at strengthening the protection of the rights of citizens in the criminal process and reducing its repressiveness were considered; Increase competition in the criminal process, including by expanding the rights of lawyers; the extension of judicial control at the pre-trial stage.

After the end of the open lesson, a discussion was held under the guidance of the teacher-methodologist of the educational and methodological center, police major Sagintaeva A.A.
