On April 4, 2019 the faculty of the Department of General legal disciplines together with the Institute was held II stage of the intellectual competition «What? Where? When?» in the framework of the international scientific-theoretical conference «Actual problems of modern science» in the light of the Message of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbaev to the people of Kazakhstan «Growth in prosperity of Kazakhstan’s people: increase in earnings and quality of life» in the framework of the Year of youth and 150 years of the city of Aktobe held on the basis of Aktobe law Institute of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev.
With a salutatory word to participants of the intellectual competition was welcomed by the Deputy head of ALI of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev for academic affairs, candidate of legal Sciences, police Lieutenant Colonel Suleymanova Galiya Zhanabekovna.
In the intellectual competition «What?Where?When?» was attended by 8 teams consisting of students and cadets of Universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, namely the team «Birlik» of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, «Zanger» team of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Esbulatov, a team of «Experts-investigators» of Karaganda Academy of the MIA of Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov, the «Mindet» the team from Kostanay MIA Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbaev, «Aviators» team of the Military Institute of air defense forces named after Talgat Begeldinov, «Teen Lawyers» team of Aktobe regional state University named after K. Zhubanov, team «De Jure» team of Kazakh-Russian international University and team «Yurledi» team of Aktobe University named after Saktagan Baishev.
The contest was judged by a jury composed of the Chairman of the court №3 of Aktobe city Amankulova Nazira Uljabaevna, member of the Board of veterans of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry ofIinternal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev Ilaikov Temirbai Usenovich, member of the Aktobe regional maslikhat, Dovmatenko Dmitry Adamovich, chief specialist of the Department corruption prevention of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption in the Aktobe region Kaldybayev Nurtore Zaidullauly and specialist of youth resource center of the Aktobe city Baiterekova Elmira Ivanovna.
The competition consisted of 5 rounds:
Round 1 — greeting teams (name, emblem and motto of the team).
Round 2 — «Hot-seat questions», video questions (international law, constitutional law and human rights).
Round 2 — competition of captains (knowledge of the state and its capital).
Round 4 — homework (within the framework of international law and constitutional law).
Round 5 — music competition.
The purpose of the intellectual competition — the development of cadets (students) theoretical thinking, the formulation of concepts, the implementation of basic mental operations, the promotion of civil and patriotic upbringing.
All participants of the intellectual competition showed good knowledge and theoretical training.
According to the results of the intellectual competition, the first place was taken by the team «Birlik» of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, the second place — the team «Aviators» of the Military Institute of air defense forces named after Talgat Begeldinov and the third place — the team «Teen Lawyers» team of Aktobe regional state University named after K. Zhubanov.
In the captains contest was acknowledged as the best captain of the team «Teen Lawyers» Islamov Tair, in the category «Best participant of the game» Toleugaliev Aslan from the team «Birlik», which was awarded a memorable wristwatch.
In other categories as «Best homework» was acknowledged team «De Jure», «For the best musical number» was acknowledged team «Aviators».
According to the results of intellectual competition, the Chairman of the court №3 of Aktobe city Amankulova Nazira Olzhabaevna awarded winners with diplomas, and symbols of the game «What? Where? When?» the statuettes in the form of an owl. The rest of the participants were awarded prizes.
