On March 28 of the current year, for faculty and students of the Advanced Training Course of the Ministry of Internal Affairs RK named after M. Bukenbaev, as well as psychologists and practical workers of the Department of Internal Affairs of Aktobe region (44 people), Head of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy, Candidate of Law, Col. police K.N. Lobanov and the senior lecturer of chair of psychology and pedagogics of the Belgorod legal institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia named after I.D. Putilina, Candidate of Sociology, Colonel of Police K.S. Kolesnikov through a videoconferencing organization conducted a master class on the topic: “The psychology of communication between employees of law enforcement bodies and citizens during mass events.” Within the framework of the master class, 2 questions were stated: the psychological features of the interaction of IAD officers with citizens in the conduct of mass sports events and the psychological basis for identifying suspicious persons in the protection of public order during mass events and communication with them.
In conclusion, a discussion was held on the issues that arose among the participants of the master class. In his turn, Deputy Chief of the AJI of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev for scientific work, candidate of juridical science ., Lieutenant Colonel G.Zh. Suleymanova summed up the results, thanked the participants and wished successes in further cooperation.
The continuation of international cooperation with foreign universities of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Bashkortostan named after M. Bukenbaev within the framework of the approved target programs was the acceptance of the participation of the faculty of the departments of administrative law and administrative activities of the ATS and general legal disciplines of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev under the supervision of the deputy chief Institute for Scientific Work, Ph.D., Lieutenant Colonel G.Zh. Suleymanova in the plenary session in the international theoretical and theoretical conference “Constitutional and Administrative Law: Problems of Improving Public Authority” online with the Rostov Institute of the Russian Ministry of the Interior.
The main purpose of the conference was to discuss the role and significance of constitutional and administrative law, the exchange of practical experience and existing developments.
To the plenary session of the AJI of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, he immediately joined after the master class.
In the course of the plenary session of the conference, the deputy chief of the institute for scientific work, candidate of juridical science , lieutenant colonel of police Suleymanova Galiya Zhanabekovna made a speech on the part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbayev, also lectures were given by the teacher of the department of administrative law and administrative IAD operations, police captain D.R. Myrzabaeva “Administrative Law as a Branch of Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan” and the teacher of the Department of General Legal Disciplines, Major of Police M.D. Tuleshev “On introducing amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan (adopted at the Republican referendum on 30.08.95.)”.
In the course of the plenary session, there was also a connection with the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ufa Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
As a result of the work of the plenary session, the results were summed up, which touched on the issues of improving the work of the IAD within the framework of constitutional and administrative law.
