April 17, 2019 according to the target work program of the protocol on cooperation in the field of educational and scientific activities between the Ural legal Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev was held an international scientific-practical conference «Actual problems of law-enforcement activity of internal аffairs bodies». The moderator of which was the senior lecturer of the Department of criminology, police Lieutenant Colonel O. P.Vinogradova.
Welcoming words were made by the head of the Department of the organization of research and editorial and publishing work of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Colonel A. K. Karimbaeva and assistant chief of the Ural law Institute of MIA of Russia for international cooperation, police Lieutenant Colonel L. Yu.Vasilyeva .
The scientific-practical conference was attended by cadets of 2 «A» course ordinary police S. Zh. Abdrakhmanova «Order and purpose of forensic investigation of documents», ordinary police B. N. Moldybaev «Scientific bases, and legal aspects of forensic investigation of traumatic weapons», the ordinary police A.Baitugel «Professional training of police» and the ordinary police S. B. Akzamov «Constitutional human rights».
The content of the reports fully corresponded to the topic, and the essence of the content was disclosed and covered in full, lively discussions were held on the use of modern scientific and technical means in the inspection of the crime scene in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
After the end of the international scientific-practical conference the assistant to the head of the Ural law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on international cooperation, police Lieutenant Colonel L.
