Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev

About carrying out seminars on «Training in methods of effective communication with the population, public speaking, interaction with mass media»

From April 22 to 27, 2019 in accordance with the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the organization and conduct of training courses with Deputy chiefs of the CDPD, heads of the administrative police and the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the basis of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, 2 three-day seminars were organized and held on the topic: «Training in methods of effective communication with the population, public speaking, interaction with the media».

To the seminar was invited:

1.       E. Tolybaev — head of the Department for prevention of corruption of the Agency of public service and anti-corruption.

2.       A. Zhuminova — head of chair of russian philology and intercultural communication of ARSU named after K. Zhubanov, associate Professor, candidate of philological sciences.

3.       G. Ongarbaeva — associate Professor of russian philology and intercultural communication of ARSU named after K. Zhubanov, candidate of philological sciences.

4.       Yu. Goncharov — Deputy of Aktobe city maslikhat, blogger.

5.       A. Zhanaly — KTK journalist.

6.       A. Sattarova — head of the Department of General subjects, candidate of pedagogical sciences, police Colonel.

7.       A. Ibraeva — acting head of the Department of General legal disciplines, candidate of legal Sciences, police Lieutenant Colonel.

The seminar covered the following topics:

  • international standards for the observance of human rights and freedoms;
  • the reasons and conditions of counteraction to corruption offenses in Department of Internal Affairs;
  • public speaking and its importance in professional activity;
  • the secrets of effective public speaking advice;
  • interaction of law enforcement officers with the media;
  • methods of lawful psychological influence on citizens in solving operational and service tasks, etc.

At the end of the seminar, all participants were awarded certificates.
