ON THE SEMINAR OF THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL CLASSES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROCEDURAL PROSECUTORS OF THE AKTOBE REGION OF THE BASES OF THE CRIMINAL PROCESS ON THE BASIS OF THE AKTOBE LAW INSTITUTE OF THE MINISTRY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN NAMED AFTER M. BUKENBAEV

 

June 8, 2017 between the Prosecutor’s Office of Aktobe  region and Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev signed a memorandum on mutual cooperation in the field of educational and scientific activities.

On June 16, 2017, within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding on Mutual Cooperation, the Plan of Classes was approved for June 19, 20, 21, 2017 on the basis of a seminar on theoretical and practical studies on the development of procedural prosecutors in the basis criminal  process of the Aktobe  Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev.

In the hall of the Institute’s educational and methodological council, from June 19 to 21, 2017, lectures were held from 16: 00-17: 00. So on June 19, 2017 on the topic: “The main provisions of the tactics of inspection of the scene” held the head of the Department of Criminal Process and Criminalistics, Colonel of Police A.G.Igolnikov; June 20 lecture on the topic: “The tactics of interrogation” conducted an associate professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, Colonel of Police I.N. Ayapbergenov; On June 21, a lecture on “Tactics of search and seizure” was held by the head of the faculty of professional and additional education, Colonel S.B. Gizatov.

From 19 to 21 June 2017, from 17: 00-18: 00 in the Institute crimtech laboratory, practical exercises on the topic: “Using the software package” Virtual inspection of the scene “was conducted by the head of the department DOREPW of the Institute, doctor (PhD), police major R.A . Mediev.

In addition, it is planned to conduct further sessions with procedural prosecutors on the basis of our Institute.

Upon completion of the seminar, the presentation of certificates is planned.
