Round table on the topic: “Service behavior of employees – inadmissibility of using threats of violence, harassment, persecution, intimidation or reprisals”

           ^{On October 25, 2017, the Department of General Educational Disciplines, together with the Department of Operational Investigative Activities, organized a round table on the topic “Employee Behavior of employees – the inadmissibility of using threats of violence, harassment, persecution, intimidation or reprisals”.}

                ^{The round table was attended by management and students of the institute’s advanced training course, as well as representatives of the Prosecutor’s Office and Personal Security Management of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Aktobe  region.}

                ^{Head of the Department of General Educational Disciplines, Colonel of Police Sattarova A.F among the students of the advanced training courses, trained at the Institute from October 16 to October 28, 2017, a questionnaire was conducted, aimed at studying the opinion on the use of violence, torture, cruel treatment, degrading honor and dignity by BIA  officers.}

                ^{The data of the analysis of the questioning of the listeners of the Refresher course  allowed to formulate and accept for discussion at the round table discussion such questions as: what is the reason for the police committing violent acts against citizens that humiliate the honor and dignity of a person; what factors contribute to the professional deformation of  BIA  officers; what measures can prevent and prevent the use of violence, torture, cruel treatment, degrading honor and dignity of a person in ATS activities.}

                ^{The opinion on the problem of preventing the use of violence, torture, cruel treatment, degrading honor and dignity of a person in BIA  activities was expressed by the senior inspector of the personnel inspection of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Department of Internal Affairs of Aktobe  region, police major Bermaganbetov U.B, and also by the assistant to the prosecutor of Aktobe oblast lawyer 1 class Shokparov A.A}

                ^{At the round table, such presentations were made by the speech of the chief of the department of general educational disciplines, c.p.s., Colonel of Police A.F. Sattarova, reports by Deputy Chief of the          Department of Operational Investigative Activity, master of  law, Police Lieutenant Colonel Suleimenova T.E. . and the teacher of the department of general educational disciplines, the police major Zhukaeva Zh.A., and also discussed current problems on this topic.}

                ^{During the discussion of the proposed issues and organized discussion, the round table participants developed methodological recommendations that could allow more effective solution of the problem of using violence, torture, cruel treatment, humiliating honor and dignity in BIA  activities.}

                ^{At the end of the roundtable, guest letters, speakers, as well as the most distinguished participants of the round table from among the listeners of the advanced training courses, were given letters of appreciation.}
