Criminology lesson for cadet class of school-gymnasium № 41

February 12 2020 for students of the cadet class of school-gymnasium №41 named after Fariza Ongarsynova, by senior lecturer of the Department of criminal law, criminal procedure and criminalistics of Aktobe law Institute of MIA of RK named after    M. Bukenbaev — the police major S. M.Minaidarov was held a practical session on the basics of criminalistics. The purpose of the lesson: to familiarize students with the basic principles of building a picture of what happened on the basis of the proposed versions, supported by evidence; to show the application of methods of physics, chemistry and biology in solving practical problems of internal affairs agencies in the detection and investigation of criminal offenses. In a fun way, the children got acquainted with the basics of the art of investigating criminal offenses, learned what sciences help in the investigation, how to collect and investigate traces, what to pay attention to when inspecting the scene of an accident, how to put forward investigative versions. Students who are inclined to expert and analytical work were invited by the teacher to try themselves as a forensic expert. They were able to participate in the process of removing finger marks from various surfaces, as well as learn the rules and basics of fingerprinting. the other students were able to feel like a detective and try to solve a «criminal offense» by putting forward and checking their versions based on the detected traces. The lesson aroused great cognitive interest among students.
