On March 30, 2018 at 12.00 o’clock an international interuniversity quiz was held on-line on the topic “Unified transport system: stages of development, problems of functioning, ways of improvement” among cadets of Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev and Belgorod law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia named after I.D. Putilina.
A welcoming speech at the beginning of the event was made by Deputy Chief of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev for scientific work, Lieutenant Colonel SuleymanovaGaliyaZhanabekovna who gave the floor for greetings to the chiefs of the Department of Security of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia named after M.D. Putilin to Lieutenant Colonel Aleksandrov Alexei Nikolaevich and Acting. Head of the Department of Administrative Law and Administrative Activity of the IAD of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, Police Major BalymovErlanKuanishevich.
In turn, the leaders of the two chairs relayed the “reins of government” in the hands of the leading quizzes to the oldest teacher of the security department at transport facilities of the IDututin Belgorod Institute of the Ministry of Interior of Russia, the police major Alexander Teteryuk and the teacher of the Department of Administrative Law and Administrative Activitie IAD of the Aktobe Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police major KalipovaSauleRahimzhanovna.
The captains of both teams presented their teams and wished each other good luck.
In the course of the event, about 30 questions on the history of development, problems of functioning and directions for improving the transport complex were asked from the Russian side, answers were given for 60 seconds, and the main criterion for evaluation was the correctness and completeness of answers that were determined by the leading quizzes.
As a result of the quiz, the first-year students of the 103 platoon of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev were the best.
Deputy Chief of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, Lieutenant Colonel SuleymanovaGaliyaZhanabekovna noted that the guys were well prepared and showed their level of knowledge, demonstrated erudition and ingenuity. All skills are sure to be useful to them in practice.
In concluding remarks, the representatives of both sides thanked all participants of the quiz for international cooperation and wished to further develop mutual cooperation.
