Experimental seminar classes in the discipline «History of State and Law of foreign countries»

 

On October 2 and 4, 2018 a faculty instructor of general legal disciplines of Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, Police Lieutenant G. A. Baikunakova held experimental seminar classes for cadets of 1A course of 104 and 105 platoons in the discipline “History of State and Law of foreign countries” on theme «State and law of Ancient Greece and Rome”.

These experimental seminars were attended by Acting Head of the Institute, Police Colonel G.Zh.Suleimanova., Head of the Organization for scientific research and editing and publishing operations department, Police Lieutenant Colonel A.K.Karimbaeva., teacher trainer of the training center, Police colonel D.S. Mukanova., senior teacher trainer  of the faculty of intramural studies, Police major A.S.Galiullina and teacher trainer  of the faculty of intramural studies, Police captain Zh.Zh. Aksakova

The platoons by themselves were divided into 3 states – Sparta, Greece and Rome. The task of the cadets was to show and tell about the origin of the state and the rights of Sparta, Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome. In their speeches, the cadets were able to show the gladiator fights, told about the life of the Sparta, showed the strategy of the campaigns and conquests of Alexander the Great, the overthrow of the kings from the throne and the family law of the states.

The aim of these seminars was not rather than to show the acting skills of the cadets, but to investigate the occurrence, formation and institution building of state in their basic historical forms, analyze the content of state legal processes evolving in time and over a distance, showing therewith logical thinking and dexterity.
