June 10-11, 2017 in Aktobe, a Sambo tournament was held for the Batys Cup of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dedicated to the memory of the heroes who died on June 5, 2016, when a group of criminals attacked a military unit. The national teams of the Department of the Correctional System, the Department of Internal Affairs of the Aktyubinsk region, the Military Institute of the Air Defense Forces named after T. Bigeldinov of the Defense Ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Line Department of Internal Affairs in transport at the Aktobe station, the military unit of the Defense Ministry took part in the tournament. The military unit of the border service of the CNS RK, the Aktobe Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, the Office of the Special Security Service “Kuzet”, the military unit of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In the tournament, the team of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after. M.Bukenbaev took 3rd place. Cadet 1 course Hamza Kazbek took third place in the weight category up to 57 kg. Cadet 1 course Usenov Merey took third place in the weight category up to 74 kg. The student of the initial training course Kalizhan Aidos took second place in the 90 kg weight class. Also in the nomination “short fight” was awarded with the diploma of Usenov Merey. In the team classification the team of the Institute took 3rd place. The chief of 1 course, police major Kahigaliyev Nurlan Nurmukhanovich and the teacher of the military and physical training department Aksholakov Galimzhan Zhumashevich were awarded for the 3rd place with a diploma and a cup.
