Head of State N.A. Nazarbayev constantly draws attention to the need to improve the professional level of law enforcement officers.
In this context, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in recent years has emphasized the maximum approximation of theoretical training to the needs of practice.
So, on October 10, 2017, a meeting was held on the occasion of the start of practice in the new academic year by 1st year cadets of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev on the basis of the DPS № 22 of the Ilek OM Department of Internal Affairs in Aktobe, the Department of Internal Affairs of the Aktobe region BIA), which has been functioning since October 2014 by decision of the video-selector meeting under the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Major-General of Police M.G. Demeuov.
The event was attended by the Deputy Chief of the Department of Internal Affairs of the North-Kazakhstan region, the police colonel Bukreev V.S, the deputy chief of the Interior Department of the Department of Internal Affairs of the North-Kazakhstan region, the police lieutenant colonel Temireev S.B, the chief of the Iletsky local police service t of the police department in Aktobe, the police colonel Aldamzharov N.Zh., deputy head of the local police service of the police department of Aktobe, police major Malaev E., chairman of the Council of veterans of the ALI MIA RK named after M.Bukenbaev Rzabekov S.R, chairman of the management company №22 Shakibaeva K.S., DPS № 22 Ilek of Department of Internal Affairs in Aktobe , the police captain Bimanbaev A.B, the police captain Koyanbayev A.A, the police lieutenant Koishibaev M.A, as well as the permanent and variable composition of the institute.
The invited guests unanimously noted that the realities of our time require adjustments in the system of personnel training for law enforcement agencies. Today, a highly qualified specialist of the local police service should not only freely navigate the legal space, have the skills to properly maintain law and order, understand innovative technical means, but also effectively apply the knowledge gained in practice.
Mentors of freshmen are experienced district police inspectors who will individually work to adapt their future colleagues to practical activities and professional development. The main task of this practice is the creation of an experience transfer process within the BIA.
In addition, these activities are designed to ensure proper protection of public order in the serviced territory
Along with this, the cadets of the institute will learn how to compose mock-ups of administrative materials, and more importantly, the organization and conduct of this work will allow each cadet to strengthen their faith in the correctness of the chosen profession – the profession of a policeman.
After the opening ceremony, freshmen were introduced to the regulations of the police station.
In conclusion, the head of the institute, the police colonel Karakushev S.I. appealed to the leadership of the Department of Internal Affairs of Aktobe region and the Department of Internal Affairs of Aktobe with words of gratitude for the understanding and support in organizing and conducting practical classes for the first year of the institute at DPS№ 22.
