ON THE RESULTS OF THE ONLINE LECTURE ON THE THEME: “TECHNICAL AND CRIMINAL PROVISION OF DISCLOSURE AND INVESTIGATION OF CRIMES IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN»

On February 5, 2018, within the framework of the implementation of the protocol on cooperation in the field of educational and scientific activities between the Aktobe Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev and the Barnaul Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, an online lecture was given on the topic: “Technical and Forensic Support for Disclosure and Investigation of Crimes in the Republic of Kazakhstan “for cadets and adjuncts.

The lecture was attended by Deputy Chief of the Aktobe Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev for scientific work, Lieutenant Colonel G. Suleymanova, Head of the Department for Organization of Research and Editorial Publishing, Lieutenant Colonel Karimbaeva A.K, Senior Teacher- the methodologist of the faculty of full-time studies, the police captain Moldybaeva R.B, the head of the criminal procedure and criminalistics department, the police colonel Igolnikov A.G. and the faculty of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics.

The lecture was opened by the head of the Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics Department of the Aktobe Juridical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, the police colonel Igolnikov A.G, who after greeting gave the speech to the senior teacher of the Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics Department, Lieutenant Colonel N. Chuprynuk. – the lecturer who conducted the lecture.

During the lecture session three issues were covered:

  1. The concept of forensic technology. The concept and content of technical and criminalistic support for the disclosure and investigation of crimes.
  2. Means of collecting traces of crimes in the conduct of investigative actions.
  3. Means and methods of expert investigation of traces of crime and other material evidence.

During the online lecture, except for theoretical material, slides and video films were shown: “Extraction of dust marks”, “Extraction of scent traces” and “Ningidrine”. The lecture lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes. At the end of the lecture by the cadets of the Barnaul Law Institute of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia, a question related to the topic under consideration arrived. The purpose of the lecture session was fully disclosed.
