June 22, 2017 at 11:00 hours a solemn event was held, dedicated to the release of young officers.
The solemn part of the event began with the execution of the anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the laying of wreaths on the Hero of the Soviet Union Malkejar Bukenbaev. Wreaths were assigned to the head of the institute by the police colonel S.I.Karakushev and veterans of the Department of Internal Affairs, graduates of the 2nd and 4th year of the institute together with the heads of the courses. Parents of graduate cadets also attended the event.
After the laying of the wreaths, everyone went to the parade ground of the institute to continue the solemn event dedicated to the release of young officers.
During the program of the event, the Head of the Institute, Colonel of Police Karakushev S.I, delivered a congratulatory speech. And the veteran of the police department, the retired colonel Rzabekov S.R. After the solemn presentation of the diplomas, the 4th year graduate B.Slyamkulov and the 2nd year graduate Sagintayev A. made a congratulatory speech, on behalf of the parents with words of gratitude and parting words, made by A.A Kaliev. In conclusion, cadets of the first year of the institute demonstrated for the final courses a carabinier defile.
This solemn event was held by the faculty of full-time study in conjunction with the course link. In turn, these units received the appropriate assignments and tasks for the organization and holding of the prom. For the musical accompaniment, the orchestra of the Military Institute of the Air Defense Forces named after T.Ya. Bigeldinov’s.
