According to the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2016 No. 1201 “On approval of the schedule – schedule for special initial training, advanced training and retraining for 2017” in Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev from September 11 to On November 4, 2017, trainees for the posts of the average commanding staff of the internal affairs bodies passed special initial training courses. Total arrived and graduated from the course 62 students.
According to the training program approved by the Department of Personnel Work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the students mastered 10 basic disciplines and 3 electives.
For the practical purpose of the process of teaching the trainees, on-the-job training was conducted: on October 20, under the discipline “Criminalistics”, to the Aktobe Center for Forensic Medical Examinations of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (morgue), October 24, 2017, under the discipline “Special Technique”, to the Center for Operational Management of the Department of Internal Affairs of Aktobe region ; November 2, 2017 on the discipline “Vocational training” in the strong point. Where they were visually demonstrated all the innovations and achievements of modern technology, their functional capabilities.
On October 25, 2017, in accordance with the thematic plan with the listeners of the special initial training in the discipline “Fire training”, practical shooting was conducted at the range of the military unit from the 9-mm Makarov pistol and the Kalashnikov assault rifle. To ensure security measures in the classroom, the relevant requirements, instructions and orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan were given, as well as pre-test of discipline and testing with the participation of a psychologist.
In accordance with the plan for spiritual and moral education with listeners of special initial training, the platoon supervisors conducted visits to the regional philharmonic society named after G. Zhubanov for viewing humorous productions “Eki ezu”, as well as to the regional dramatic theater named after T. Akhtanov for the comedy production “Eskertkish okygasy “.
Psychologist Ismailgaleeva M. After the completion of special initial training courses with listeners , a questionnaire was conducted to improve the quality of knowledge and to prevent violations of service and military discipline.
At the end of the special initial training courses, on behalf of the head of the institute, all the students were awarded certificates, and also awarded letters of thanks for active participation in the public life of the institute.
