According to the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2016 № 1201 “On approval of the plan – schedule of special initial training, advanced training and retraining for 2017” courses in Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev from May 15 to August 05, 2017 passed the training of special initial training trainees for the rank of privates and junior commanders of the internal affairs bodies. A total of 74 listeners arrived and received training.
According to the training program approved by the Department of Personnel Work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the students mastered 10 basic disciplines and 3 electives.
May 20, 2017 with listeners of special initial training, the work was carried out to explain the message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the leader of the nation, NA Nazarbayev, to the people of Kazakhstan “The Third Modernization of Kazakhstan: Global Competitiveness” of January 31, 2017, where the deputy of Maslikhat Aktobe Oblast Tulegenov A ., The teaching staff of the Institute.
June 26, 2017 for the practical orientation of the process of training listeners were conducted field classes on the discipline “Modern Information Technologies in the work of the BIA” in the Center for Operational Management of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Aktobe region, and August 1-2, 2017 on the discipline “Vocational training” in the Office of the specialized security service Aktobe Region. Where they were visually demonstrated all the innovations and achievements of modern technology, their functional capabilities.
On July 21, 2017, in accordance with the thematic plan with the listeners of the special initial training in the discipline “Fire training”, practical shooting was conducted at the range of the military unit from the 9-mm Makarov pistol and the Kalashnikov assault rifle. To ensure security measures, the classes brought the relevant requirements, instructions and orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and preliminarily conducted a test in discipline and testing with the participation of a psychologist.
In accordance with the plan for spiritual and moral education with listeners of special initial training, the platoon supervisors conducted visits to the regional drama theater named after T. Akhtanov to watch the productions of “Eskertkіshtyn koz zhasy”, as well as “Kysylganan қyz boldyқ”.
On July 5, 2017, in order to patriotic education of students of special initial education courses, a concert was held in the Institute dedicated to the celebration of the “Day of the capital of Kazakhstan-Astana”.
Psychologist Islyamgaleeva M. after the completion of special initial training courses with students conducted a questionnaire to improve the quality of knowledge and to prevent violations of military service discipline.
At the end of the special initial training courses on behalf of the head of the institute, all the students were awarded certificates, and some students were awarded letters of thanks for active participation in the public life of the institute.
