Modern trends in the development of departmental education have a pronounced practical orientation, which contributes to improving the quality of training of future officers of the internal affairs bodies and makes it possible to effectively implement the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities in practice.
On 13 and 14 November 2019 in order to consolidate the theoretical knowledge obtained at lectures and seminars, the formation of students proper understanding of the future professional activities, the Department of criminal process and criminalistics for students of 3 courses of 301, 302, 303 training groups, and 2 courses of 201, 202 training groups of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev was organized practical classes in Specialized interdistrict on criminal court of Aktobe region and the court №2 of Aktobe city.
During the course the students got acquainted with the organization of the court, jurisdiction, features of the cases to judges and of the apparatus, system, audio, video, opportunities of electronic proceedings aimed at achieving availability, timeliness, justice and transparency of court proceedings. Also have attended several court hearings in criminal cases, where they could clearly see the integrated use of theoretical knowledge in various disciplines (criminal law, criminal procedural law, criminalistics, judicial expertology, etc.), gained an understanding of the role of the Prosecutor in court as state Prosecutor and a lawyer conducting the defence.
At the end, the students expressed gratitude to the leadership of the courts and the Department of criminal process and criminalistics for assistance in organizing and conducting such sessions, informative practical material about the peculiarities of criminal justice, noted that such studies are of great interest to the future profession and allow you to see the final results of work of officers of internal affairs bodies according to the disclosure, investigation of crimes and sending the criminal case to the court.
