March 28, 2019 on the basis of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after M.Bukenbaev took lessons for young employees of the Prosecutor’s office of Aktobe region, within the framework of memorandums of cooperation with Aktobe regional court and the Prosecutor’s office of Aktobe region.
Lectures on the following topics: «Implementation of the new draft guide «Prevention of labor disputes and disputes arising from public relations», «Development of gender policy in Kazakhstan», «Application of «Smart court» and its advantages», «Explanation of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on strengthening the protection of property rights, arbitration, optimatization of the judicial burden and further humanization of criminal law», «Modernization of the judicial system», «7 stones of justice», «Mediation» was conducted by the court chairman №3 N.O.Amankulova and the judge of court №3 M. P. Zhugunisova.
