February 22, 2019 in the discipline «Law of civil procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan» on the subject «Persons participated in a entrepot» in a training group 101 of 1 «B» course of the faculty of full-time study were conducted lectures with the participation of Aktobe city judge № 3 Sandugash Serikyzy Sarsenova.
At the beginning of the lesson the senior faculty instructor of general legal discipline of Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev police lieutenant colonel Nurysh Z. covered a topic of the lesson to cadets pointed out the purpose and plan of the meeting, noted the relevance of the material, and also presented the invited worker.
The purpose of the lesson is — to reveal the concept of the person involved in the civil process, and the responsibilities of the parties. Concept and types of procedural complicity. The concept of proper and improper defendant. Participation of third parties in the civil process, their types. Grounds and forms of participation of the Prosecutor in civil proceedings.
Grounds and purposes of participation in the civil process of governmental authorities, local self-governing authorities, organizations and individuals protecting the rights of others.
During the lesson, S.S.Sarsenova focused the attention of students on the new changes and additions to the civil procedure code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, also explained the rules of the project «SMART– court», which were launched in all courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2018. This project allows a party of civil case to participate in the court session by means of video communication, through the application «TrueConf» on the smartphone. This innovation is especially important for citizens who, for objective reasons, can not appear in court.
During the lecture, the students asked questions relating to the problems of the claim of citizens in the judiciary, the order of the electronic judicial office, as well as regulatory legal acts regulating judicial activity.
In General, the lesson, conducted with the involvement of a practical worker S.S.Sarsenova, reached its goal.
