Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev certain measures are being taken to implement the main priority outlined in the Roadmap for the implementation of the third direction, dedicated to practice-oriented training of cadets.
On October 17, 2019, a senior lecturer of the Department of criminal procedure and criminalistics, police Lieutenant Colonel N.A. Chuprinyuk held a field practical lesson in court № 2 of Aktobe city, within which the cadets took part in the trial, where the offense under article 345 of the criminal code (Violation of traffic rules or operation of vehicles by persons driving vehicles) was considered.
After the meeting judge Atybaeva Perizat Doszhanovna was held a lecture on the theme: «The Jurisdiction of criminal cases. Proceedings in the court of first instance». The judge explained to the cadets about the training of the judiciary in the framework of training of judges, the procedure for conducting trials. At the end of the lecture, the students were asked additional questions on the topic of the lesson, to which they received detailed and comprehensive answers. The students got acquainted with the work of new information technologies introduced into the proceedings.
