As Mukagali Makatayev said, «Happiness is your childhood». Every child who lost his mother’s love in early childhood needs support and understanding. Assistance to orphans is one of the main directions of the social policy of the state.
On October 12, 2019 cadets of the 3rd «A» course of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev under the leadership of the Deputy Head of the course, police Captain S.P.Orazgaliev visited the children’s Home «Umit». The cadets brought order to the territory and gave the children the things they needed, which greatly pleased them. The main purpose of this event is to protect and support children who lost their parental love in early childhood.
