June 22, 2018 it was a ceremonial event in Institute dedicated to graduating class of young officers.
Official part of an event started with the execution of hymn of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Management of the Institute, council member of Veterans, Police Colonel in retirement Rzabekov S.R., council member of Veterans of Department of Internal Affairs Police Colonel in retirement K.Zh.Duisenbin and parents of graduating class cadets were present at this event.
In the course of activity program congratulatory speech was given to the Head of the Institute, Police Colonel S.I.Karakushev and veterans of the Department of Internal Affairs–Police Colonel in retirement S.R. Rzabekov and Police Colonel in retirement K.Zh. Duisenbin. After diploma delivery ceremony graduating students A.T. Gabdullina and A.R.Nurzhanova presented a congratulary speech, on behalf of parents with acknowledgement and farewell speech was given to T.S.Aubakirova.
Graduating students were seeing off according to Kazakh tradition «Ақжол»and Veteran S.R. Rzabekov gave to young lieutenants instructions.
