On April 6, 2019 in the sports hall of ALI of the MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev was held a volleyball tournament among cadets (students), undergraduates and adjuncts, within the international scientific-theoretical conference on «Actual problems of modern science» in the light of the Message of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. A. Nazarbaev to the people of Kazakhstan «Growth in prosperity of Kazakhstan’s people: increase in earnings and and quality of life», dedicated to the Year of youth and the 150th anniversary of Aktobe city.
The tournament involved 6 teams — the team of Karaganda Academy of the MIA of Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov, the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Esbulatov, Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RK named after Sh. Kabylbaev, Military Institute of air defense forces named after twice hero of the Soviet Union Talgat Bigeldinov, Aktobe University named after S. Bayshev and Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev. The rules, participants were introduced the main judge of tournament — senior lecturer of MaPht senior police Lieutenant A. K. Kosmuratov, also as judges were invited Shabilov Birzhan Zhanbyrbaevich and Bisenbaev Bogenbai Serikkalievich.
At the opening of the tournament, the national Anthem with the raising of the national Flag was performed, the acting head of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, candidate of legal Sciences, police Colonel Suleymanova Galiya Zhanabekovna made a welcoming speech.
As a result of the points scored, the team of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev took the 1st place., 2nd place went to the team of Aktobe University named after S. Bayshev, 3rd place took to the combined team of the Military Institute of air defense forces named after twice hero of the Soviet Union Talgat Bigeldinov.
Also in the category «Best player» was acknowledged the player of the team of Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RK named after Sh. Kabylbaev Utarov Alisher Zhandarbekovich, in the nomination «Best forward» — the player of the team of Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RK named after B. Beisenov Bragin Mikhail Andreevich, in the category «Best binder» — the player of the team of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Esbulatov Muterko Victoria Alexandrovna.
The winners were awarded with cups, medals and certificates, and other teams participating in the tournament were awarded with letters of thanks.
