On April 15 and 16, 2019 according to the thematic plan of discipline «Penitentiary security» under the leadership of representatives of the Department of criminal law and criminology, candidate of legal Sciences, Professor of the Department A. O. Kuanov and police Major A. N. Levchenkova with cadets of 204 and 205 platoons of 2A course was conducted field practical training in the KA-168/2 Department.
During the lesson, the cadets visited the administrative part of the Institution, got acquainted with the work of the checkpoint, felt all the requirements for the order of inspection and admission of persons to the territory of the Institution. Saw process of inspection of the cars coming and leaving from the territory of Department.
The cadets clearly saw the conditions of detention of convicts, the localization of separate detention of convicts depending on the conditions assigned to them, walking yards for prisoners held in strict conditions, a punishment cell, a quarantine zone, visited a dining room, a bakery, a school, a College, a library, a cinema, a stadium and a parade ground where inspections are carried out, got acquainted with the procedure for its conduct.
During the lesson, the students actively asked their questions, showing their interest and the importance of the lesson for them.
As a result of the event, its main goal — to consolidate in practice the theoretical knowledge achieved.
