On 21st of December 2018, deputy director of criminal process and criminalistics department, police Colonel Bekmirza Saduakasovich Esmagambetov according to approved of Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, Department of Internal Affairs of Aktobe region, West Kazakhstan State Medical University named after M.Ospanov collective plan of events for the 2018-2019 school year, focused on crime decrease and strengthening of order among students of West Kazakhstan State Medical University named after M.Ospanov, delivered a lecture on theme «Criminal responsibility among minors» for students of Medical University. In the course of lecture the conceptual issues of President’s message of the Republic of Kazakhstan were announced to people of Kazakhstan «Growth in prosperity of people of Kazakhstan: Increase in earnings and quality of life» dated this October 5, 2018, guidelines of articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as criminal responsibility among minors. Those present students of University actively took part in discussion of this theme and asked questions to lecturer.
