February 18, 2019 Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev took part in the international learning and teaching seminar «Problems of application of practice-oriented approach in the implementation of basic professional educational programs» (in the format of a video conference).
The organizer of this event was the Ufa Law Institute of the Interior Ministry of Russia. Representatives of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and representatives of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan also took part in this seminar.
Welcome remarks and introduction of participants and guests of the Ufa Law Institute of the Interior Ministry of Russia acted as the acting chief deputy (for academic affairs), police Colonel Lilya Floritovna Goldobina, from the Academy of the Interior Ministry of the Republic of Belarus — first chief deputy, candidate of juridical sciences, associate professor, police Colonel Alexey Vladimirovich Bashan, from the Academy of the Interior Ministry of the Republic of Tajikistan — chief deputy on science, candidate of juridical sciences, police Colonel, Zinrullo Ali Faitzada and from Aktobe Law Institute of MIA of RK named after M. Bukenbaev — chief deputy (for academic affairs), candidate of juridical sciences, police Colonel Galiya Zhanabekovna Suleimanova.

The participants of the international learning and teaching seminar exchanged views on the application of practice-oriented approach in the implementation of basic professional educational programs in their educational institutions, discussed current problems and situations in the implementation of professional educational programs, expressed a sincere interest in the application of practice-oriented approach of educational programs in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
At the end of the event, the results of the training seminar were summed up, proposals were made for the further implementation of such activities and the possible mutual exchange of cadets within the framework of academic mobility.
