June7, 2018 all personnel of our Institute-Head of detective process and criminalistics department, Police Colonel Igolnikov Alexandr Genadievich, senior teacher of administrative law and administrative job of Department of Internal Affairs, Police Major Mirzabaeva Dametken Raimovna took intramural part in work of International research-to-practice conference «Criminalistics: topical issues of theory and practice», in Rostov Law Institute of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Proceeding of a conference opened by Deputy Head of the Educational Organization of Research, Police Colonel, Candidate of Legal Sciences Alexei Terekhov, who noted the importance of participation in the conference of representatives of various regions of Russia and the near abroad for a full exchange of experience between specialists, ensuring the diversity of research and opinions.
At the plenary session, reports were made by the head of the Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics Department of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, Police Colonel Alexander Igolnikov on theme “Some issues related to the problems of proving and preventing crime” and Senior lecturer of the Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics Department, Police Major Taishibaeva Ainagul Sagandukovna with a report on topic “Some problems on prevention of recidivism in the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
In the video-conferencing mode, the conference was attended by faculty from various regions of the Russian Federation, including ten educational organizations of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs system, as well as practitioners of law enforcement agencies in the Rostov region.
At the end of the conference, the participants were awarded certificates and gifts.
