In the period from May 15-20, 2010, on the basis of the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov, the teacher-methodologist of the EMC, major police A.Sagintayeva was trained at the refresher courses in the category: “Methods of detection, fixation, The seizure of physical evidence in the course of the inspection of the scene “.
The courses were attended by the senior district inspectors of the Ministry of Railways of the, the DIA of the regions, as well as 3 employees from the faculty of the Training Centers of Almaty, Kostanay, Aktau.
During the training course, the regulatory legal acts regulating the activity of the UIP were studied, as well as the following topics on which the classes were held:
- Regulations on the activities of the LPS of the BIA service;
- legal foundations of CEL activities;
- tasks and functions of the CEL;
- preventive work of the CEL in the administrative section (features, forms and methods);
- tactics of inspection of the scene. Inspection of the corpse;
- technical and forensic tools used in the inspection of the scene;
- use of photography and video recording during the inspection of the scene;
- features of collecting and preliminary investigation of tracks at the scene;
- collection and investigation of traces of the use of firearms
- the use of signs of a person’s appearance in the disclosure and investigation of crimes;
- forensic registration;
- tactics of using special knowledge in the process of disclosure and investigation of crimes.
In the discipline “Special training” the questions of the algorithm of actions of the employees of the internal affairs bodies were studied during the inspection of the scene of the incident and the features of the collection and the preliminary investigation of the tracks at the scene.
Upon completion of the training, a certificate was passed for the completion of the refresher courses.
