On June 8, 2018, the International scientific and practical conference “Actual problems of law: achievement and perspectives” dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan –of Astana city was held in Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, with the aim of discussing the most significant and promising directions of scientific research in the field of law, exchange of practical experience.
The plenary meeting of the conference was opened by the Deputy Chief of the Scientific Work Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, Ph.D., Lt. Col. Galiya Zhanabekovna Suleimanova, wishing her creative and new scientific successes to her participants, also reminded the audience of the need to observe the conference rules and expressed confidence that such events will serve as an important step for the further development of fruitful cooperation between Universities of near and far abroad.
Proceeding of a conference was held in 6 directions: 1-section “Actual problems of administrative law and administrative activities”, 2-section “Prospects for improving criminal, penal enforcement legislation and criminology”, 3-section “Modernization of criminal justice and ways to improve the effectiveness of disclosure and investigation crimes “, 4-section” Psychological, special and physical training of law enforcement officers “, 5-section” Legal Education and Language Culture of a Lawyer “, 6-second “State-legal and civil-law activity: achievement and perspectives”.
Not only higher education teaching personnel of the Institute, young scientists and specialists actively participated in the conference, but also the following guests: D.E. Shoranov – Chief Expert of the Office of Expert Work “National Center for Human Rights of Astana”; S.E.Mironova – Head of the Department for Organization of Reception and Complaint investigation and Resorts of Citizens of Human Rights Ombudsman establishment in the Orenburg Region; E.I.Maksimenko – Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law, Orenburg State University, Ph.D. E.A.Davidova – adjunct of the graduate military course Ural law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Police Lieutenant Colonel; E.E.Zyryanova – adjunct of the graduate military course of the Ural law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Police Major.
As a result of this event, Deputy Chief of the Institute for Scientific Work, Candidate of Law, Lieutenant Colonel Suleimanova Galiya Zhanabekovna and Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, senior lecturer of the Department of Operative Investigative Activity, Police Lieutenant Colonel Aupov Zholdybai Amantaevich noted the successful and fruitful work of the conference and wished good luck. At the end of the event, the participants of the conference were awarded with certificates and memorable gifts.
