June 23, 2017 in the Drama Theater named after T. Akhtanov Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev held a solemn event dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Kazakh police.
Honored guests and veterans of law enforcement bodies were invited to the solemn event. A congratulatory speech was made by the head of the institute, the police colonel S.I Karakushev, and also a member of the Veterans Council of the Institute, the retired colonel Rzabekov S.R.
In the course of the solemn program, the head of the institute was given to the BIA pensioners, as well as the employees of the institute, the commemorative medals “25 years of the Kazakh police”, an honorary diploma, letters of appreciation, and letters of thanks. The head of the institute expressed gratitude to the veterans, who are working tirelessly on the patriotic education of our youth and conveying the rich experience and best traditions of service.
It was noted that, thanks to the valiant employees who give all their strength to the beloved cause, the Kazakhstan police have been irresistibly guarding public security and law and order for 25 years now. In the history of the organs of internal affairs, there are many heroic pages. Since the day of the formation of the Internal Affairs Directorate in the performance of their duties, hundreds of employees have been killed. So veterans, employees, cadets and students of the Institute honored with a minute of silence of the deceased BIA officers.
And in the course of the concert program the folk ensemble “Arayly Aktobe”, soloists of the house of creativity, dance groups “Aisha Bibi” and “Enlik”, the chorus of the Palace of schoolchildren, cadets and officers of the institute performed on the stage. Participants and soloists performed patriotic songs dedicated to the officers of the BIA and the Kazakh police in general.
