November 27, 2018 deputy director of Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, police Colonel G.Zh.Suleimanova and Head of scientific research organization and publishing and editing operations department, police Lieutenant Colonel A.K. Karimbaeva took part in international learning and teaching assemblage on theme: «Management of projection, implementation and education program valuation in educational organizations of the Interior Ministry of Russia», conducted by the Nizhny Novgorod of Academy of the Department of Interior of the Russian Federation in online mode.
At this international learning and teaching assemblage took place the work section «Special aspects of personnel training of tax financial investigations within a framework of base organization functioning of member states of the CIS».
The reports were made by the Head of the Department of forensic accounting S.S.Voronov., Deputy head of the Department of preliminary investigation M. A. Merkulov, head of the criminalistics Department M. A. Ershov., associate professor of the Department of Economics and economic security O. M. Elfimov, senior lecturer of the Department of criminal and Executive law, V. V. Krekhovets., senior lecturer of the Department of Finance, taxes and credit D. V. Nazyrychev the representatives of the Academy of law Enforcement agencies at the Prosecutor General’s office of Kazakhstan, the Educational complex of the Republic of Armenia, the Academy of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Academy of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic Belarus took part in this section. In this section, Deputy Director of Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, police Colonel G. Zh. Suleimanova questions were asked about the practical component of forensic training of personnel, in turn, the Russian party asked questions to the representative of the Academy of law enforcement agencies under the Prosecutor General’s office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in respect of post graduate training of personnel for agencies of tax and financial investigations.
The participants discussed many issues related to the peculiarities of the organization of design, implementation and evaluation of educational programs in educational institutions of the CIS countries, which caused a heated discussion and deep interest among the participants.
