May 24, 2019 on the basis of the protocol on cooperation in the field of educational and scientific activities with the Belgorod Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia named after I.D.Putilin, Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev took part in the online mode practical conference «Topical issues of activity of territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on transport».
The opening of the conference began with the opening speech of the Deputy Chief of the Belgorod Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia named after I.D.Putilin (for educational work), candidate of law, associate professor, police Lieutenant colonel Aleksandrov Alexey Nikolayevich and with a welcoming speech from the head of the personnel department and the public service of the central directorate for transport of the MIA of Russia, police colonel Belozersky Leonid Nikolaevich. From Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev with a presentation a lecturer of the department of criminal law and criminology, police Major Levchenkova Alena Nikolaevna spoke on the topic «On the issue of ensuring security in transport in the Republic of Kazakhstan».
In this conference there was much discussion questions about the form of interaction between the transport police officers of Russia and Kazakhstan, what measures are being taken to curb traffic crimes, what offenses are most commonly encountered on transport and what measures are being taken to eliminate these offenses. Also the «State Program for the Development and Integration of the Infrastructure of the Transport System of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2020 year»,namely, concerning high-speed passenger traffic was discussed at the conference.
