On October 15, 2019 according to the plan of the Department within the discipline «Criminal procedure law of the Republic of Kazakhstan», Head of the Department of criminal procedure and criminalistics, police Colonel N. T. Sakhanova on the topic «Completion of pre-trial investigation» for cadets of the 2nd year of 201 training platoon held an open lecture session. Two theoretical questions were considered on this topic:
1. The concept and types of the end of the inquiry, preliminary investigation and Protocol form.
2. Grounds and procedural procedure for the end of pre-trial investigation with the preparation of the indictment and the termination of the criminal case.
In the first part, the teacher acquainted with the topic of the lesson and the plan of its conduct, and also told the students about the importance of the end of the pre-trial investigation.
In the main part the presentation materials concerning the concept, types and differences of forms of pre-trial investigation were demonstrated. The demonstration of slides in alternation with the display of videos contributed to the productive work of the cadets. The cadets watched the events with interest, answered questions with pleasure and actively participated in the demonstration part. The lecturer voiced the points concerning the novelties of the criminal procedure legislation and new forms of pre-trial investigation.
During the preparation of the lesson, the methodical development and methodical recommendation of the open-lecture session were used.
The lecture session received positive feedback from the present faculty. The objective of the exercise was achieved.
