November 30, 2018 in Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev held a festive occasion dedicated to the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A.Nazarbayev.
The festive occasion was attended by the management of the Institute, veterans and guests – Chairman of the Aktobe branch of the United Nations Organization «Dynamo», master of sports of the USSR in free-style wrestling, Sambo, judo, retired police Colonel Arystan Tolepbergenovich Tolepbergenov, honored master of sports in Sambo, honored master of sports in universal combat, 20-time champion of Kazakhstan in Sambo, world champion in Sambo, 5-time world champion in universal combat, retired police Major, the coach of the world champion Lily Agilmanova Raisa Orazbekovna Bailieva and senior lecturer of the Department «Assembly of people of Kazakhstan and social-political disciplines», Aktobe regional state University named after K. Zhubanov, candidate of philosophical Sciences Matsuk Dmitrii Anatolievich, who made a report on theme «President N.A.Nazarbayev like a diplomat and strategist».
The ceremony was opened by the Head of the Institute, police Colonel Salimgerei Imangalievich Karakushev, congratulating everyone with a holiday. The festive order was read out, the police Major Lyazzat Abilkhairova Zhubandykova was awarded the rank of «police Lieutenant Colonel», were awarded diplomas, letters of appreciation from the Secretary of State for the Home Department and Head of the Institute.
