Head of the Department of criminal process and criminalistics of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev police Colonel N. T.Sakhanova, in accordance with the plan, on October 17, 2019 had a practical training in the discipline «Criminal procedure law of the Republic of Kazakhstan» on the theme «End of the preliminary investigation» for the cadets of 2«B» course of 201 training platoon with the participation of the investigator with the PD № 2 of Astana district police Department of the city of Aktobe, police Captain Kulkeshev Kuanysh Nurbayevich.
During the practical worker pointed out the objectives of operational forensic services of PD of Aktobe region, innovative forensic products in the detection and investigation of criminal offences, the types of forms of pre-trial investigation, as well as novelties of the criminal procedural law in the field of proof. In addition, attention was focused on the investigation of criminal cases in electronic format during the pre-trial investigation.
The lesson was held in a very lively and interesting form, the cadets received certain knowledge on the methods and patterns of tactics of conducting an inspection of the scene with the use of known and new technical and forensic tools and methods, also specific situational examples from the practice of the PD of Aktobe region on the use of evidence and types of investigative actions were considered.
