November 22, 2019 Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev took part in the international scientific-practical conference «Activities of law enforcement agencies on countering extremism and terrorism», held in Kazan legal Institute of MIA of Russia online.
From Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev with a welcome speech and a report on topic «Peculiarities for combating religious extremism as a social threat social phenomenon of our time» was made by the Head of the Department of scientifing-research and editorial-publishing work, police Lieutenant Colonel Karimbaeva Aislu Kairlaevna.
Also in this event was attended by the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of internal affairs Academy of the Republic of Belarus, Ufa law Institute of MIA of Russia, Saint-Petersburg University of MIA of Russia, the Urals law Institute of MIA of Russia, the Oryol law Institute of the MIA of Russia named after V. V. Lukyanov, Volgograd Academy of the MIA of Russia.
The purpose of this event is the formation of evidence-based proposals to improve the activities of law enforcement agencies in the field of countering extremism and terrorism, as well as to facilitate the exchange of scientific and practical experience between law enforcement officers and the teaching staff of educational organizations in Russia and foreign countries.
The participants exchanged views, discussed current problems and situations, showed sincere interest in the topic.
At the end of the event, the results of the conference were summed up, proposals for further holding such events were made.
