April 12, 2019 in the auditorium of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev cadets of 2 «A» course under the leadership of the head of the course, police Lieutenant Colonel M. M. Eshmanov and cadets of the scientific society organized an event on the occasion of the «Day of scienсе», which is established by the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 164 from October 20, 2011.
The event was opened with a congratulatory speech to the audience acting head of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, PhD in Law, police Colonel Suleymanova Galiya Zhanabekovna, which noted that science is the engine of progress of any society, without which it is inconceivable future. Over the past 10 years, Kazakhstan’s science has achieved results that have a world level, and the main achievement is that we are growing a new generation of Kazakhstanis, which is a great achievement of Kazakhstan. In this connection, on October 5, 2018, Nursultan Nazarbayev announced 2019 — the year of youth.
During the event, the head of OSRaEPWD, police Colonel A. K. Karimbaeva together with the acting head of the Institute, PhD in Law, police Colonel G. Zh. Suleymanova presented certificates to cadets for participation in the international scientific-theoretical conference «Actual problems of modern science» in the light of the Message of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan «Growth in prosperity of Kazakhstan’s people: increase of earnings and quality of life» in the framework of the Year of youth and 150 years of the city of Aktobe, and also presented certificates to the cadets for active participation in work of sections.
Congratulations on this day sounded from the head of the 2 «A» course, police Lieutenant Colonel M. M. Yeshmanov and the cadet scientific society, which forces prepared the concert. The end of the festive event was a memorable photo.
