November 23, 2018 in the framework of the Comprehensive plan of crime prevention for 2017-2019 and the week of the Department of administrative law and administrative activities of the BIA in Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbayev was held a Republican roundtable on “Gender policy of Kazakhstan – gender equality”.
The main topics for discussion were policy and equality between men and women, attaintment of gender equality and gender equality in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
To the round table were invited the coordinators of the “Home of mom” Lakova Tanslu Sagitovna, SO “Women’s support center”of Aktobe Shukurova Yerkin Zhandulayevna and the General Director of LLP “Halyk invest consulting” Bokushev Yerlan Eleusinovich whose reports have aroused great interest.
Also at the meeting of the round table was attended by the faculty of the Institute, students of refresher courses and cadets of 2 ” B ” course 203 platoon.
The moderator at the round table was the assistant Professor of administrative law and administrative activities Department of BIA, police Lieutenant Colonel Malanina Ludmila.
The roundtable was chaired by the Deputy head of the Institute, police Colonel Suleymanova Galia Zhanabekovna, who after welcoming the participants, gave the floor to the moderator.
In their speeches, the speakers noted that the gender policy in Kazakhstan involves a broad and integrated approach, which consists in covering all spheres of public relations relating to the rights and legitimate interests of men and women, as well as the establishment of equal opportunities for them.
In addition, the Deputy Head of the DLP of DP after G. Musrepov of North Kazakhstan region, police major Neivert Vladimir Valeryevich shared the existing problematic issues arising in the activities of the police on the prevention of offenses in the sphere of life.
The inspector of the headquarters of the local police service Of the police Department of Kostanay, police major Valieva Madina Amangeldievna expressed her attitude on gender equality in Kazakhstan.
About working with the female staff shared the Chairman of the Council of Women of Aktobe law Institute of Ministry of internal Affairs of Kazakhstan Republic named by M. Bukenbayev, police Lieutenant Colonel, Chuprinyuk Natalia Aleksandrovna.
Inspector-psychologist of DEW of Aktobe law Institute of Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbayev Islamgaleeva Madina Rasulova expressed her vision on equality between men and women.
In General, communication at theround table was lively, the participants asked the speakers their questions, expressed their views and suggestions on improving the legislation on bringing to administrative responsibility of persons who commit illegal actions in the sphere of life.
Summing up the event, Deputy head of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbayev, candidate of juridical sciences, police Colonel Suleymanova Galiya Zhanabekovna noted the great practical importance of such meetings and in a solemn atmosphere together with the associate Professor of the Department of administrative law and administrative activities of BIA, Lieutenant Colonel Malanina Lyudmila Sergeevna handed each of the guests certificates of participation in the roundtable “Gender policy of Kazakhstan – gender equality”.
The participants of the roundtable expressed hope that such meetings will be held on a permanent basis.
