On April 5, 2019 on the basis of the Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev held the international scientific-theoretical conference «Actual problems of modern science» in the light of the Address of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan «Growth in prosperity of Kazakhstan’s people: increase in earnings and quality of life» within the Year of youth and the 150th anniversary of Aktobe city for cadets (students), magistrands, adjuncts and candidates for a doctor’s degree.
The purpose of the conference was to create conditions for the participants of the conference to discuss the current problems in the field of law at the professional level, as well as to stimulate research capabilities, to discuss in full the directions for improving legislation and exchange scientific results of research and international experience.
The conference was attended by students of Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov, Baishev University, cadets of the Omsk Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beysenov, Kostanai Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after S. Kabylbaev, Military Institute of Air Defence Forces named after twice Hero of the Soviet Union T. Ya. Begeldinov, Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RK named after M. Bukenbaev and also magistrands and cadets of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Esbolatov.
In total, 250 reports were announced at the conference. The plenary session included 8 speakers and was held together with Omsk Academy of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia, Ufa law Institute of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia and Barnaul law Institute of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia online with presentations of research projects, advanced developments in the field of fundamental and applied research in the field of law.
The moderator of the plenary session were the chairman of the cadet scientific society, cadet of 2 «А» course, police junior sergeant Orazgaliev Dias Rolanuly .
Throughout the conference there was a friendly working, business atmosphere, where a «free microphone» worked so that each participant could speak and ask questions. The work of the plenary session began at 10:00 and ended at 12:00.
Also, it should be noted that, due to the personal interest and responsibility of each participant, the work of the sections was held at a high scientific level. The reports presented by the participants were accompanied by slides and were of practical nature. For each section proposals were made, recommendations, indicating new approaches and ways to solve certain problems.
At the end of the plenary session, the moderators of the sections made presentations on their work and presented candidates for nominations.
Thus, according to the section «Actual issues of administrative law and administrative activity», the report of I. Duzbaeva the 2nd year student of the Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov was acknowledged as the best report. In the section «Problems and prospects of improvement of criminal, criminal and Executive legislation and criminology», was acknowledged as the best, report of A. Abdukadyr cadet of the 3rd course of Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Esbolatov and report of Z. Zabihova cadet of 2 «А» course of Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RK named after M. Bukenbaev. According to the section «Topical issues on the problems of disclosure and investigation of crimes» the best reports were the report of the 5th course cadet of the Omsk Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, ordinary police A. Aubakirova and cadet of the 3rd course of the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov A. Adyrshaeva.
In the section «Theoretical foundations of public-legal and civil-legal development» the best reports acknowledged the report of cadet of 4th course of the Military Institute of Air Defence Forces named after twice Hero of the Soviet Union T. Ya. Begeldinov M. Iskakbayev and report of cadet of 2nd course of the Kostanai Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbaev A. Kenzhegalieva. In the section «Psycho-pedagogical bases of special training» the best acknowledged report of cadet of 4th course of Omsk Academy of the MIA of Russia Zh. Melis.
According to the plenary session the best report was acknowledged the report of the student of Baishev University A.Serikkyzy.
As a result of this event, Deputy head of the institute for academic affairs, PhD in Law, police colonel Suleymanova Galiya Zhanabekovna and chairman of the cadet scientific society of the Aktobe law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, cadet of 2 «А» course, police junior sergeant Orazgaliev Dias Rolanuly noted the successful fruitful work of the conference and wished good luck. At the end of the event, the participants of the conference were awarded with diplomas, certificates and memorable gifts.
