June 26, 2019 Head of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Colonel Saitbekov Aidar Mutalikovich and Director of the branch of the «Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan» Saduakasova Saida Asetovna signed a Memorandum of cooperation as a requirement for the implementation of the Roadmap for the modernization of the internal affairs bodies to 2019-2021 years. Paying great attention to the development of cooperation in the field of ensuring reliable protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, combating crime, protecting public order, the Memorandum aims to strengthen friendly relations and contribute to the improvement of training of highly qualified personnel for the departments of internal affairs, as well as improving the level of professional competence of the management.
And the first project in the implementation of the Memorandum is a training seminar on «Transformational leadership in a changing world», which will be held for three days from 26 to 28 June at the Institute. The seminar will be attended by heads and Deputy departments of territorial police departments, faculty of the Institute.
