According to the plan of organizational and practical measures of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev on October 16, 2019, senior lecturer of the Department of General legal disciplines, police Major M. D.Tuleshev held a meeting in the economic and legal College of Aktobe with students of the 2nd year to explain the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kasym-Jomart Tokaev to the people of Kazakhstan dated 02.09.2019 «Constructive public dialogue is the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan». During the meeting, a number of important decisions in the environmental, political and social spheres presented by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokaev were announced. Thus, in the Address on the issue of corruption, the emphasis in combating corruption is shifted to its prevention, combining the efforts of the state and society in minimizing corruption and eradicating everyday corruption in all spheres of state power.
