In accordance with the curriculum of the training course for the category «Legislative provision of measures on struggle against poaching in the Republic of Kazakhstan», February 13, 2020 for inspectors of the territorial divisions and specialized environmental organizations of the Committee of forestry and wildlife, chief of the Department of Criminal law, criminal procedure and criminalistics of the Aktobe law Institute of MIA of RK named after M. Bukenbaev – police Colonel N. T. Sakhanova conducted a field practical lesson in the center of the canine service of the police Department of the Aktobe region of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the lesson, the chief inspector-cynologist police captain G. Ya. Zhusipov, acquainted the audience with the organization of the canine service, the order of interaction with the district police inspectors when patrolling, the features of working with investigative and operational units and expert institutions. The participants were clearly shown the procedure and rules for conducting odorological sampling, the procedure for detention, inspection and search of residential premises, vehicles, as well as the possibility of using search dogs to search for and detain offenders in «hot pursuit» in cross-country conditions. At the end of the session, the inspector gave full and exhaustive answers to all additional questions from the audience.
